2. Payments

• All payments must be completed before delivery of the final product.

• Refunds are offered only if work has not yet started.
  
  

• Once a digital file has been delivered, no refunds are available.
  
  

3. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary depending on workload and project complexity.

4. User Content & Responsibility

When providing images, text, or other materials (“User Content”), you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
  
  

• Your content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or privacy laws.
  
  

• Your content does not contain harmful, illegal, or abusive material.
  
  

You are fully responsible for all content submitted to LH Designs.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

• LH Designs retains the right to display completed works in portfolios, social media, and promotional material unless the client explicitly requests privacy.
  
  

• After the final payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered design for personal or commercial purposes.
  
  

• Clients may not resell or redistribute the design as a standalone product unless this has been agreed in writing.
  
  

6. AI-Generated Content

Some content may be produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools.
AI content is provided “as-is” and may not be unique. LH Designs is not responsible for unintended similarities with other works.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website
  
  

• Attempt to breach security
  
  

• Copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without permission
  
  

• Use delivered designs in illegal or harmful ways
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

LH Designs is not liable for:

• Losses caused by website downtime
  
  

• Issues caused by third-party tools (e.g., AI models, payment processors)
  
  

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
